Aisling’s combination of expertise as a counsellor, therapist and somatics coach alongside her years of experience in business and management allow her to offer an unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that face her adult, adolescent and teenage clients: her gentle, caring style and supportive, collaborative approach help those who come to her develop an ability to see clearly what is going on for them, explore what they really want and develop the skills to get there, building an inner strength and self-belief that equips them to get the most out of life going forward.

Noeleen O'Driscoll, MIACP

Noeleen O’Driscoll is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Working from an integrative perspective Noeleen draws on different therapeutic approaches including CBT and psychodynamic in a person centered approach tailored to the individual client’s needs. Noeleen works in a gentle empathic way with clients struggling with issues such as panic attacks, anxiety, depression, intergenerational family trauma, relationship issues, bereavement, grief, chronic illness and pain. Noeleen has also helped those with ADHD, ASD, Aspergers and dyspraxia. Noeleen creates a safe supportive space where issues can be explored, and coping mechanisms strengthened. Noeleen has an advanced certificate in CBT and is currently studying for a Masters in Loss & Bereavement Counselling.

Deirdre Nolan, MIACP

BA (hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy, CBT, Disordered Eating Counsellor. LIBSD.

Deirdre specialises in working one to one with Adolescents, Teens, and Young Adults on issues that include, amongst others, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, School Refusal, Resilience, Self Confidence, Relationships, Exam Stress, Identity and Sexuality, Life transitions.

Deirdre brings years of teaching experience, both in primary and post primary schools, into her work. In recent years she has developed and delivered Mental Wellbeing and Resilience workshops in post primary schools. Deirdre believes that each young person is unique and uses an integrative approach to support them in developing themselves to their own individual potential.
